I design the journey around you, then stay with it from the first call to the day you are home, watching from behind the scenes so anything that needs attention is handled before it reaches you. Because, a milestone trip is not one you can take twice.

For fully curated journeys, clients typically invest $900 or more per person, per day, excluding airfare, depending on destination, season, and travel style.
Design Fees
Charged per household, due before design begins, and non-refundable. Separate from the cost of the trip itself.

Custom fees are based on weeks of travel, not prorated by day. One week is $750, two weeks $1,500, and each additional week adds $750.
Group, retreat, and business travel are designed to scope and quoted by conversation. The best next step is a call.
Potential add-ons
Expedited Planning —$250 for custom trips booked inside 60 days for leisure or 21 days for business. $100 for hotels booked inside 14 days.
Air Desk — $75 per person domestic, $150 international, with household caps. Private and semi-private aviation by referral.
Large-Household Surcharge — $100 per person over four in a single household.
Cancellation Fee — Up to 15% of trip cost after deposit. Travel insurance, particularly a cancel-for-any-reason policy, is worth considering for this reason. Coverage depends on the policy you choose.
